• ➜ mitigating abuse without blocking legitimate messages
• ➜ translating CTIA guidelines into human-friendly workflows
• ➜ getting misconfigured domains to turn their lives around
• ➜ informing product decisions that keep emails out of the spam folder
• ➜ explaining why it wasn’t our fault but fixing it anyway
